TerminalX retains the right to showcase completed projects as part of our portfolio and marketing unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after the completion or termination of the project.
6. Limitation of Liability
TerminalX will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, the client will pay for all services rendered and costs incurred up to the termination date.
8. Third-Party Services
Some services may involve third-party providers (e.g., hosting, APIs, tools).
TerminalX is not responsible for downtime, errors, or issues caused by third-party services.
9. Governing Law
